This morning I set my alarm for 10:00. I got up and had my breakfast and tea. Then I got dressed and went downstairs and walked on the treadmill for 62 minutes (again the strange time reflects the length of the video I watched on YouTube!) I woke up my daughter when I was finished. Then I went upstairs and had a shower. I got ready to go to the city. Then we drove my daughter to the studio for an extra ballet practice. After dropping her off we went to my mom and dad’s house. My hubby and my dad put my van into the garage and put the new thermostat in. My mom, my son, oldest daughter and I played a word game called Nab It. Then we played Crocano for a while. I’m really not that great at it, even though it’s a fun game. My hubby and dad finished with the van. They went to put gas in my Mom’s car and went to pick something up at Walmart. After Crocano we started playing Phase 10. We only played a couple rounds though, because my daughter and I had to leave to pick up my younger daughter from her dance rehearsal. Once we picked her up, we drove to Winners to return a pair of leggings that she received for Christmas from my older daughter. They gave her a gift card with the amount that they were worth on it. She wanted to buy a jacket, but they didn’t have what she wanted. I’m afraid that it’s too late in the season for her to find what she wants. Since she couldn’t find anything that she wanted, we decided drove back to my parent’s house. They were just getting started to get ready for supper when we got back. So we helped set the table and get things ready. Then we sat down for supper. My mom cooked a wonderful roast. It was super nummy! After supper some people had fruit, some had ice cream and some just had coffee. My mom opened the present that we brought for her. We talked for a bit. Then we went home. We didn’t stay very late because my daughter had a lot of homework. The wonderful thing was that the van actually heated up when we drove home! Yay!! It’s a miracle! I forgot what that felt like, to have a warm vehicle!! When we got home I gave my son a bath. Then I did a load of laundry. I got him into bed. My daughter got the laundry into the dryer for me. Once my son was asleep I went on my phone for a while, like I usually do. Now I’m going to get ready for bed.
Night All! 💤😴
