I am beyond tired today. What a day of tiredness. It was even worse than yesterday!! I could hardly keep my eyes open. My younger daughter wasn’t feeling well this morning, so she stayed home from school. I flopped on the couch and we watched The Bachelorette together. It’s so old now. We’re really behind. It ended ages ago and we’re watching pvr’d episodes. I can’t believe I haven’t heard or seen any spoilers yet!! It’s just a fun show to watch. I know it is serious to the people on it, if you’re truly looking for your potential partner for life. But I enjoy seeing all of the cool places that they travel to and the fun things they get to do. It’s very cool. They were in Sweden in today’s episode and Denmark I think. Pretty cool. Afterwards we just watched a Reno show of some sort. She was feeling a bit better, so she went to school for the afternoon. There’s a new city bus that comes out to Beaumont. My daughter and her friends wanted to try it out, since it’s free for September. A whole group of them went on it after school. They took it to century park and then took the LRT to Southgate. They stayed at Southgate for a bit, then did the whole thing in reverse to get back home. I was okay with it as long as they all stuck together as a group. That way if they got into the wrong LRT or something they’d be together. But, they were fine. They took all of the correct things and got to where they meant to go and back home again. It’s crazy how grown up they’re getting. My baby girl…
This afternoon my oldest daughter played a video game while I napped on he couch. I just couldn’t keep my eyes open. So I decided to stop fighting it and just went to sleep. It’s actually one of my favourite HGTV days, because it’s beach day! They go to the Caribbean and buy properties and tell you about the islands and it’s all so beautiful and hot and I think that I could easily live that kind of life… I really enjoy watching it. My daughter recorded all of today’s episodes for me while I slept, so that I could watch them later. Which is exactly what we did.
Once the kids came home from school and I woke up a bit, not much I still felt very tired, we started to watch the Caribbean Life episodes that were on today. My son sat in between us. He likes answering the trivia questions that they ask before each commercial break. He played on he iPad and watched the shows a bit too. He also went downstairs for a while to be with my hubby, who was playing one of his video games downstairs. What a lazy-ass day it was!! I wish I knew why I felt/feel so darn tired!! It’s maddening feeling like you can’t keep your eyes open!! I got nothing done at all, because I was barely functioning for most of the day!! Well, tomorrow my daughter and I are pulling her bed out from the wall…again! And spraying the bug stuff all along the baseboards all around her room. We’re washing her blankets, most of the clothes are done. She’s slept in my bed all week and my hubby has been on the couch!! Not fair to him. We really have to get her room bug-free!! So things can go back to normal! What a strange week!! A bad work week for my hubby, a buggy week for my daughter, another week of major tummy pain for my oldest daughter, and a sleepy week for me. Crazy!! My son’s week seemed pretty normal, so that’s good I guess. Weird. Everything all at once right. That’s just Murphy’s law. Right?! Well, I’m still tired. I’ve been running my eyes all day. I’m going to head to bed. Night All💤😴‼
