I was a little less of an obsessed maniac today, when looking at the sites for staying in Jamaica. I still continued my searched and went back through ones that I love. There’s still a few on flipkey that I haven’t looked at. We really need to make some decisions about where we want to stay. We need to make a list of things we absolutely need, things we definitely want and things that would be okay, but aren’t deal breakers, we also need to have the other side of things, what we do not want. So, do we want to be in the middle of the action, right by the Busy hip-strip and Drs cave beach or would we rather be secluded in a quiet neighbourhood?? Do we want an on site store, restaurant and/or bar or would we rather not have the business that would accompany it. Do we want a bed & breakfast type place, where you usually get a room and bathroom, but have shared common areas or do we want our own space studio/apartment/condo?? Do we need a beach attached to where we’re staying or just close?? Do we need a beach/ocean view?? Does it have to have a veranda? One of my musts that my hubby doesn’t get is a pool. How can I stay in a hot, tropical paradise without a pool??? He says you have the ocean, why do you need a pool?? But if, in the evening, you want to go out and take a quick dip. Or lounge by the pool with a book. – yup, definitely need a pool. We also definitely need wifi. I need to write my thing every night. It’s also useful for planning your day and if you have to reserve stuff. If we write out our yeses and no’s and needs and wants, it will definitely help us narrow things down and get closer to figuring out what we want.
I actually did do a few other things today, that weren’t all Jamaica focused. I watched so you think you can dance with my oldest. I don’t agree with the way that America has voted, but I can’t change it!! It’s down to the final four and two of my favourites are gone!! We also watched a few home shows and talked. After school we only had one kiddo to pick up. My daughter went out with friends. My son and I made paper airplanes and had contests together. Then we had supper. My daughter has a evening dance class today n Tuesdays. My hubby took her, while I played with my son. My oldest went to bed early for work. Then we came up and here we are…Night All! 💤😴
