This morning my son woke up a bit before me and went on his phone/iPod for a bit. Then we got up and went downstairs. We had something to eat. Then I did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen floor and table. From there, I moved into the living room. It was the only room that I had left to clean. My son’s birthday party was this evening though, so I was running out of time!! I started cleaning the living room, but didn’t finish in time to go with my son and hubby to watch his soccer game 😕 My son didn’t even seem to be upset about it, but I felt bad. I stayed home and finished cleaning up. My younger daughter was up in her room working on her homework. My oldest daughter got home from work and helped me with the cleaning!! We finished the living room and the front entry. I had the kitchen and dining room finished. My hubby brought supper back with them, so we ate when they got home!! Then I went upstairs and got ready to go. Kids started arriving as I was getting ready! By 6:15 we were in both vehicles on our way to the Leduc theatre to watch the new Detective Pikachu movie. It was a great movie! It was fun and entertaining!! Once the movie was finished, we drove back to our house and my son opened his presents. Then we had cupcakes for all of the kids. They went outside for only about 10 minutes, because it was already 9:45 and I had told the parents that I would bring them home around 9:30-9:40, so we had to going! Then we drove everyone home. I had offered to do so, because I didn’t know how long the movie would take or how many previews it would have or when we would arrive home!! Most of the kids live in the same general area, so it took very little time at all!! When we got there back home, I got my son ready for bed, then I wrote this. Now I’m going to get ready for bed as well. I’m feeling super exhausted!!
Night All! 💤😴
