This morning my son didn’t go to school again. So, after my alarm went off, I called his school to tell them that he wasn’t coming. Then I told my daughter that he was staying home. Then I went back to sleep. Well, I say “back” like I was previously asleep, but I slept horribly last night and I was just lying here awake when my alarm went off, so there was no going “back” to sleep. I tried to actually “fall” asleep for a while. I slept for a little while, off and on. However, not for very long or very deeply. My son was awake by 9:00 and on the iPad beside me. I ended up texting my daughter in her English class about her project at about 11:00 and was also texting my mom about it. I stopped trying to sleep after that. My daughter came in at around 11:30 to say goodbye before leaving for work. Then my son and I went downstairs. We had something to eat and I had some tea. He played a game on the Play Station, while I sat on the couch beside him feeling exhausted. I went and picked up my daughter from her spare at 1:35. When I got home I wrote out this weekend’s schedule for the dance competition that’s coming up. My hubby came home from work at about 2:30. At about 3:15 I started to get ready to drive my daughter to dance. After dropping her off I stopped at the Walmart on the way home. I got a couple things for my son’s birthday and I also bought a sausage for supper. Then I drove the rest of the way home. When I got home I put in a load of laundry. I want to try to shrink my jeans, because they are too big again. So I’m hoping that if I put them in the dryer that they might shrink a bit, since they’ve only been hung up to dry. Then I made supper. I watched a couple of episodes of The Good Doctor. They were very good ones. The last one made me cry. I’ve actually been crying really easily recently, I’m not sure why, not that that is all that new for me! When the second episode was over, I got dressed again and my son and I went and picked up my daughter and her friend from dance. We dropped her friend off first then we went home. I put my laundry in the dryer and hung some of it up. I also did some laundry that my daughter needs for tomorrow’s competition, some tights that she forgot to wash and a couple other things! Then I got my son into bed. I went on my phone for a while. Now I’m going to get ready for bed. I’m sooo exhausted.
Night All! 💤😴
