Last night I actually got about 3 hours of sleep, instead of 2! Wow! I’m moving up in the world! Our furnace wasn’t working all night, so we were pretty cold all night. I put my heating pad on my son and I used a bunch of extra blankets. My hubby fiddled with it this morning and got it going. Then he went to bed. The problem was, as he called it, he “red-neck rigged it to work”, so it didn’t shut off until he got up at 2:00 and actually took the time to really fix it correctly. I tried to go back to bed after dropping off my son. As usual I only sort of slept. I attempted to call dr Hauptman, but I couldn’t get through, so I have to try more tomorrow. I picked up the kids from school. Then I drove my daughter to dance. I talked to my old friend from school while I was driving home (via Bluetooth in my van). When I got back to town I bought 2 things at Sobeys and I filled up my van with gas. Then I went home. My hubby had put a new filter in the furnace and was pretty sure that he had it working. He was testing it, by turning it up to 24 and making sure it would turn on and heat up and then turning it much lower and making sure it went down and then would go high again. He’s just worried that this will be a temporary fix and that something bigger could be wrong with it. Fingers crossed. I made my hubby and son supper and just had soup for myself, because my tummy and everything is still really bad. Then my hubby went to work. My daughter was at West Edmonton Mall with a friend, but she came home while my son and I were eating. I made her a couple grilled cheese sandwiches. Then we started watching a show together. I couldn’t finish it because I had to leave to go pick up my daughter and her friend from dance. When we got home my son was asleep on the couch. He had a bad headache and didn’t finish his supper and my daughter said that he fell asleep right after I left. I got him into bed. Then I finished watching the show with my oldest daughter and we watched another show. Now I’m going to get ready for bed and try to get some sleep. My fingers are crossed for a different outcome then I’ve had the rest of the week.
Night All! 💤😴
