Last night, yet again, I couldn’t sleep. I had a horrible headache and was super nauseous. The last time that I looked at my clock it was 3:30. Then I heard my hubby come home from work at 6:00am and couldn’t fall back asleep. My alarm went off an hour later. After dropping off my son, my hubby and I had breakfast and watched The Good Doctor together. Then he stayed downstairs and I went up to bed. I called Dr Hauptman’s office back and talked to his nurse again. Then I went to bed. It took me a while to fall asleep. I slept until about noon, when my daughter was calling me from school. She wasn’t feeling well. My hubby went and picked her up from school. About 5 minutes after I got off of the phone with her Dr Hauptman’s nurse called me back. He wants me to increase my Topomax and he was faxing in a prescription to my pharmacist that is an injection that my pharmacist is supposed to give to me. I’m also supposed to continue with the injections that I give to myself. After I got off the phone with her, I went back to bed. I slept until it was time to get my son from school. I went downstairs and my hubby ended up picking him up, while I got my son’s sleepover stuff ready, because he was going to a friend’s house tonight to have a sleepover. When they got home I took my son to Shoppers to buy a small present with him for a birthday party that he is going to tomorrow. Then my daughter and I drove him to the sleepover. After dropping him off, we went to Sobeys and got some groceries. Then we came home and I cooked supper. After eating supper, my daughter and I watched a couple shows. Then we went to the Rexall to pick up her prescription and get my injection. They had no idea what injection I was talking about. They had just prepared a refill of the injections that I picked up last month. I told them that I was supposed to be getting a different injection today from the pharmacist. They didn’t know what I was talking about!! So now it looks like I have to wait until the long weekend is over and call Dr Hauptman back on Tuesday. What a pain!!! Also, they only were giving me 3 vials. I asked them if they owed me 5 vials, because last time I paid $26 for 8 vials and this time I was paying the same amount for 3!! She said, no, we only prepared 3 for you. I told her that I wanted all 8! So she said that I can pick up the rest tomorrow. Then she was just going to give me the vials. I had to tell her that last time they actually gave me the needles so that I could actually inject the medication that’s inside the vials. Wow!! Quite the gong show!! Anyway! After that mess, we came back home and watched a couple more shows, then we got ready for bed. It’s actually pretty late now. I just gave myself a dang needle, so hopefully I’ll be able to sleep!!

I’m going to try to sleep now.
