I got up early today, because it’s a school day of course! I woke up my oldest daughter before I left to drive my younger daughter to school. My son doesn’t really like it when I leave him at home, watching videos or tv and eating breakfast, while I drive my younger daughter to her school. So, my oldest daughter sat with him while I was gone. Then I got back and drove him to his school. Once they were both gone my daughter and I had some breakfast and tea and watched a few episodes of Love It Or List It. (Yes, that’s correct, I didn’t go back to bed!!) Then I dyed her roots, because the last time we tried doing her hair the roots remained darker than the rest, so we tried to just do the roots today. My hubby woke up while I was doing her hair. When it was finished, I read my book for a while. She sat for however long the instructions said and then had a shower and washed out the dye. I kept reading for a while and had a late lunch. My daughter finished her shower and got ready for a job interview. She left and not long afterwards I left to pick up the kids. My daughter texted me and said that the lady wasn’t there. I told her to wait for at least 30 minutes. The lady who was supposed to interview her never showed up!! My daughter emailed her, because that was the only contact information my daughter had. By the time she got back home the lady had emailed her back apologizing and saying that my daughter was supposed to confirm that the time would work. My daughter didn’t remember her saying anything about that, but ended up telling her that she was sorry for not doing so. Then they decided to meet tomorrow instead. So, hopefully it’ll go better then!! I had to leave right after getting the kids home from school to drive my daughter to her first day of dance classes. I really need to figure out how to pay for this because she is just so excited and dedicated and she loves it and has so much fun. It is breaking my heart. I don’t know what to do. Anyway, I dropped her off and drove back to Beaumont, I took the Sherwood Park Freeway to the Anthony Henday because, even though it was only about 4:15 when I started heading home, 50th street was already super backed up. I went to Sobeys when I got back in town and then I went home. I started supper right away, but it still wasn’t in time for my hubby. He ate something else and went to work. My daughter, son and I had supper and then my son and I went through more of the clothes from my friend while my daughter and I watched tv. Then we started getting my son ready for bed. I had to leave, to pick up my daughter from dance, so my oldest finished getting him to bed. While driving home all my daughter talked about was this years dances and what they’re doing and she was so excited and happy about it. She was practically bouncing around the van!! (I hurt inside…☹️) There has to be a solution, I just need to find it…like yesterday!! When I got home my oldest daughter was sleeping beside my son! I woke her up and, after talking for a bit, she went downstairs to go to bed. I said goodnight to my younger daughter. Now I’m going to get ready for bed myself!! A little later than I wanted to, because I am tired and have a bit of a cold.
Night All! 💤😴
