Still Sweating!!

So far, the pills that Dr Hauptman gave me, to help with my sweating issue, aren't helping at all!! I'm still gross! I'm only at half a pill until one week and then I go up to the full dose. So, hopefully the full dose helps. If not, he said there are other medications and he'd start me on one before I leave for BC. I still have my fingers crossed that these will work, but so far I've noticed no change whatsoever. It's good to know that there are other options and it's not just this or nothing!!

I worked on my project some more this morning. It's starting to look good, I think I'm going to like it! Once my oldest came home from work, we watched the second Descendants movie. It's a Disney channel movie. It aired last nights and the girls PVR'd it, since my oldest had to go to bed early, because of work. The first one came out last summer, I'm pretty sure. It's a fun concept. It's about the children of classic Disney movie heroes, princesses and villains. The villains have all been captured and contained on an island to live out there lives. But the new young prince (the son of Belle and the Beast) convinces his parents that the children on the island deserve a chance. He believes that they don't deserve to be punished for the actions of their parents. So, as a trial, he picks four of the children to come off the island and go to the fancy boarding school that he attends. So, the daughter of the wicked queen (from Sleeping Beauty), and three other villains children are taken off the island and brought to the school. The story goes from there. It's about fitting in, finding yourself and becoming an individual and not being defined by your family, but by who you are etc etc. Of course there's a love story, etc. The new one starts not long after the old one ends and tackles the same topics. It was fun. There's singing and dancing and it's good, fun family entertainment. My oldest just finished reading three books that go with the movie. The first one is supposed to be read first, then the first movie comes next, then the next two books and, finally, the new movie that we watched this afternoon. She said the books are really good and fun to read.

After we watched the movie, we went to my mom and dad's house for supper. My son wasn't even with us. He went with his friend and friend's family to K Days. My mom and dad live in a condo complex for adults only. Their condo backs onto a path and Millcreek. My uncle and aunt, (my mom's brother and his wife) moved into one of the condos in the same complex just a week or two ago. They're trying really hard to get settled, but it's a lot of work and neither of them are in the best of shape right now – they both have injured backs, which makes moving and unpacking, etc. very difficult. This afternoon my aunt called my mom to see if my dad could help them move a shelf, but my dad just hurt his back the other day. So we all went over to pop in and see their new place and, while there, my hubby moved the shelf with my oldest daughter for my uncle. My dad had to make some wedges to go under the corners of the shelf to keep it from tilting forward. They also secured it to the wall. So it shouldn't be going anywhere any time soon!!! Once we got back, my mom prepared supper and my dad BBQ'd it once it was ready to go on. We had steak, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beets, bread and fried mushrooms. It was very good!! After supper, we went into the basement and watched the dances that my daughter was in from the year end show. Afterwards, we went home.

I'm Beaumont we picked up my prescription and we picked our son up. Then we came home. My son and hubby briefly played a video game, so I worked on my project for a while. Then I briefly played with my son, got our water bottles filled and voila!! Here we are!!! I'm driving off to sleep as I write this, so I'm going to stop writing now and get some sleep. Night All! 💤😴
