So we braved Southgate mall this afternoon. I know, shopping 1 week before Christmas is crazy! But we needed a time when we could take the kids so that they could buy gifts for each other, as well as for us. They, of course, like to pick out their own things. There’s been times when I’ve bought things and asked, “do you want to give this to your sister from you?” And that works, but given the choice, I think that they prefer to be able to pick somethings out themselves. Is it just me, or is that mall becoming more high-end?? I felt like there were a whole lot of pricey stores that I know I can’t afford to shop in!! I found a really good sale on pj’s in sears, 50% off any pj’s today, maybe all weekend, I can’t remember. Anyway, I got a good deal and think I may even be done the girls SS. I found my hubby more difficult to buy for this year. I had a hard time coming up with ideas for him. We didn’t want to go overly crazy anyway, so it’ll probably be okay. Last week, when I went shopping with my daughter and my mom I messed up my pin for my credit card by accident. I think that , because of that, they cancelled it or something. I have to go into the bank on Monday and find out why it’s not working. Because it was the wrong pin, they probably youth it was stolen or something. Pain in the butt when you need it and can’t use it!! This Christmas will be so strange with our oldest working from 11:00 – 7:00. It makes me sad…
It’s late and I can’t stop yawning, so I’m going to bed now. Night all. 💤😴
