This morning we woke up in time to drive my younger daughter to the studio. She got home from camp late last night. She is helping teach the younger kids at dance camp today and tomorrow. We arrived just before 11:00, but the studio was locked. We could see the teacher’s vehicle and kids shoes inside, but couldn’t get anyone’s attention. We waited for about a half an hour, then emailed her teacher and decided to go home. She emailed us back once we were home, explaining what happened and asked us to return at 1:00. So, we basically had something to eat and then drove back to the city. We dropped her off and then drove back home. Not long after we got home, my friend popped by for a visit. She had an appointment in Leduc and stopped by on her way, for an hour or so. Once she left, my son and I had a late lunch. Then my daughter came home from work. My son’s friend came over and they played together. My daughter and I talked to my friend on speakerphone, trying to find her a good deal on her hotels for her upcoming holiday, through my daughter’s work, but it ended up being too last minute to get a good deal. I had to leave then to go back to the studio for the third time today to pick up my daughter. We drove back to town. Then I made supper. My son’s friend went home. We had supper. After supper my daughter and I watched a couple of episodes of CSI. Then she went to bed and I got my son into bed as well. He’s going to his friend’s house tomorrow, so I want to make sure that he has a decent sleep! I’m going to get ready for bed myself now as well! I’m feeling beat.
Night All! 💤😴
