This morning I got up at 8:00. I didn’t actually have to wake up, because I was already lying there awake! I had barely slept, yet again! It’s getting bloody frustrating…I had been awake for hours. So, I turned off my alarm as it was going off and got up. I got cleaned up and ready to go. I popped by Timmy’s and got my regular tea and muffin and then drove to my goof friend’s house. We were meeting at around 10:00. Our other friend arrived at about 11:00. The three of us have been friends since we were school aged. It was really good to see them both. We got together just a few weeks ago and for once we didn’t wait for months before getting together again!! We actually visited for a few hours! I don’t think that I got home until about 3:30 in the afternoon!! By then my head was pounding and my eyes burned and hurt from being so damn tired! However, my oldest daughter and son convinced me to stay awake and watch the first Harry Potter movie with them. We’ve been trying to convince my son to watch it with us for a while and somehow she talked him into it!! Before we started it, I helped my younger daughter with her laundry. We paused it part way through to get our supper (that my hubby made), but ate watching the movie!! Then we started the second movie. We paused it so I could drive my younger daughter to her friend’s house for a sleepover. Then I came home and we watched a bit more. We stopped it part way in, because my daughter has to work early tomorrow morning. I was so exhausted that I came upstairs to get ready for bed. My son stayed downstairs to play video games with his dad.
