This morning I dropped off my son, then I came home and I had breakfast and my earl grey tea. Then I cleaned up the kitchen. I took out the garbage and the recycling. Then my daughter woke up. I was watering the flower plants that the girls got for Easter and they overflowed a bit. I used a paper towel to wipe up the water on the table and noticed a bunch of little black dots on the paper towel. I thought that it was just dirt from the plant, but when I looked closer I realized that all of the tiny black dots were moving!! So gross!! Both plants were covered in tiny little bugs and I mean covered!! They were crawling with them!! And these plants have been living on my kitchen table for weeks!! Literally since Easter!! So so gross!! So, as of late this morning, these are now officially outdoor plants!! Yuck!! I wiped the table like mad and sprayed off the placement that the plants were on with super hot water!! I have no idea how long those little bugs have been there or if they’ve been there all along!! Once that was dealt with, my daughter and I watched a few episodes of NCIS LA. We stopped at about 1:35 for me to get my daughter from school and again at 3:10. When I got back I got dressed and out of my pjs, so that I could drive my daughter to dance. After dropping her off at dance, I went home and my daughter and I finished our episode. It was the season finale and ended with a lot of things up in the air – which that show tends to do!!! Then my daughter and I went to her walk-in dr’s appointment. They think that she has a stomach virus and that is what is causing her tummy to hurt as much as it does. The dr emailed her prescription to Shoppers, so my daughter and I went there to there to pick it up. We had to kill time for about 15 minutes until it was ready. Then she bought it. I bought some milk and then we went back home. I made supper while everyone else played a video game together. Then we had supper. Afterwards, we watched a couple of episodes of McGyver. Then I got my son into bed. Now I’m going to get myself ready for bed.
Night All! 💤😴
