I only spent half the day in bed today!! So that’s a step in the right direction! My tummy doesn’t actually feel all that much better ☹️. I wish that I knew why. I forced myself to get out of bed and have a shower at around 1:30 this afternoon. After my shower, I dried hair. Then I had to sit down for a while, because I was feeling super nauseous and dizzy, probably because I hadn’t really eaten anything in 3 days (except for the small bit of soup that I had yesterday.) I actually lost 10 pounds in those 3 days!! Crazy!! I’m sure that no food and diarrhea will do that to you. My older daughter came upstairs when she got home. We talked about her work for a while. Then we started to make a grocery list. We went downstairs and I had a couple pieces of plain toast and we finished our grocery list and meal plan. Then we got dressed and we went to No Frills, Sobeys and Shoppers for the things on our list. We also made a small Costco list. We’re going to go there tomorrow. She actually has tomorrow off. By the time that we got home it was getting pretty late for supper! She was meeting her friend at a movie, so she had to get going. I made something quick for supper. Then made myself some chicken noodle soup, because my tummy still isn’t good. Then I went upstairs to get myself ready for bed. My son came upstairs too. Once he was in bed I went on my phone for a while. Then I talked with my daughter when she got home from her movie. I stayed up later then I wanted to. I’m going to get ready for bed.
