This morning I was really tired. I did not sleep well last night. When I got home after dropping off my son I went back to bed until about 11:00. Then I went downstairs. I was about to wake up my daughter, but she had just come upstairs. So we had our breakfast and tea. Then we wrapped some more Christmas gifts for the rest of the day. Up until I had to go pick up my kids from school. It is my daughter’s early dance day, so we pretty much dropped off my son, my daughter changed and we left for her dance. I dropped her off. Then I drove to Costco to buy a veggie tray for my daughter’s French potluck for school tomorrow morning. It forever to get there and it took forever to get home. I was definitely caught in rush hour traffic. Usually after dropping off my daughter I just hop onto the Anthony Henday and get home fairly quickly. That was not the case when I had to make a pit stop at the Costco! I definitely should have gone to the Sherwood Park Costco!! Oh well, hindsight and all that…Once I was in town I had to grab something at Shoppers, and then I went home. I got home a good hour and a bit later than I usually do!! I made supper while my daughter gave my son a bath. She received a phone call from the hotel in Nisku where she had the job interview last week and she was offered a job!! She is no longer working at the McDonald’s in town. She was very unhappy there. So, hopefully this new front desk agent position works out for her. It doesn’t begin until January 2nd. I hope that it’s a much better fit for her. Fingers crossed. After we ate, my daughter and I started a show, but we weren’t able to finish it. I had to go pick up my daughter from dance. We drove back into town. We stopped in at Sobeys and then came home. I finished putting my son to bed. Then I wrote this. Now I’m going to have a shower and get ready for bed. I’m still feeling tired. Also, my tummy isn’t very happy.
Night All! 💤😴
