Today I slept in. My hubby left early for his overtime shift. My oldest daughter came into my bedroom and we each were snuggling on either side of my son. He was lying in between us watching videos on YouTube for a bit. We went downstairs and had something to eat. I went on my phone for a while. My son was playing a game beside me. I talked to my mom on the phone. Then I got a roast into the oven. My daughter peeled potatoes and I chopped them. Then I put them into water in a pot and put them on the stove. That way they would be ready to go and we’d just have to turn them on. I cleaned the kitchen and hand washed some things. My hubby came home from work. I finished cleaning, then I got dressed. My younger daughter and I drove to the city for a dance meeting. After the meeting we drove back to town. We went to the store then back home. I started the potatoes. Then I went on my phone while they were cooking. When they were close I started the veggies. My hubby mashed the potatoes for me. I made some gravy and then we all ate supper. After eating my younger daughter went to her friend’s house. My son and hubby played a video game together. My daughter and I tried to backup the old original iPad, but it wouldn’t work. We fiddled with it for a while, but we couldn’t figure it out. I went on my phone and read my book. Then I got my son into bed. Now I’m going to bed too.
