Last night I got no sleep! I was still awake at 4:30am when my daughter was leaving. She’s doing a couple hours work every morning for a friend of ours. He picked her up at 4:30am and took her with him to show her what she will have to do over the weekend. I just couldn’t sleep…yet again. I keep worrying about money. I finally fell asleep, sometime after 5:30. Then I got up at 8:45 and drove my daughter to school for registration day. I came back and went back to bed. I woke up a while later and then I went downstairs and had some tea and something to eat. Then my younger daughter and I went to No Frills, Sobeys, Home Hardware and Dollarama. We got munchies, drinks, birthday cake, vacuum bags and groceries. Then we came back home and finished cleaning the house. We had a quick supper, then my daughter’s friends started coming over for her birthday party. We forgot ice, so my oldest daughter, my son and I went to Sobeys and bought some ice and a bag of firewood. We brought it back home and it was raining outside, so we went downstairs so that my daughter and her friends could be in the living room. My hubby left for work. We had to clean up the basement in order to actually use it. The thing is, just as we got it done, the rain stopped and my daughter and her friends got the fire going and went outside. So the three of us came upstairs. My son went on the iPad and my daughter and I watched tv. My daughter and her friends came into the kitchen at around 10:40 to do the cake and presents. Afterwards some of them went home and some went back out to the fire. She asked just a few of her friends to stay over. We just don’t really have space for a lot of people! I left her to take care of the fire and the sleepover and I got my son into bed. Now I’m going to head to bed too. Hopefully I’ll be able to sleep for once.
Night All! 💤😴
