Today is my oldest daughter’s birthday!! She turned 21 today! Wow! I can hardly believe it!! It doesn’t seem like that long ago when she was just a baby!! Happy Birthday my love 😘
I slept in a little bit. When I got up, I had something to eat. Then my oldest daughter and I went to Pigeon Lake to pick up my younger daughter and her friend from camp. They ended up having to cancel the last week of camp, so she doesn’t have to go back on Tuesday like I thought she did. She was super disappointed that the final camp was canceled. She really enjoys herself at camp and was looking forward to one more week! When we got back into town, we dropped off her friend, then we went to No Frills and Sobeys. When we got home, my son was waiting for us. My hubby promised him that he would take him swimming today and they waited for us to get home so that we could go with them. My younger daughter was tired, so she stayed home, but the rest of us went. We had a lot of fun! When we got home, my oldest daughter and I cleaned the kitchen and then we made skewers for supper, which was what my daughter wanted for her birthday. For future reference, skewers take forever!! They are a lot of work and take a long time to prepare and bbq. We didn’t even get home from the pool until about 7:30…so, needless to say we had a very late night supper!! After supper we had some birthday cake, we bought a tiny cake at Sobeys. Then I got my son ready for bed. I’m going to bed now too!! I’m beat!
Night All! 💤😴
