A Sad Sad Day

Hmmm…weird. I just opened this WordPress App to write tonight’s post, and I found that yesterday’s post is gone! I don’t know where or why, it’s just gone. I wrote about my nails, buying my plaid shirt, among other things. It’s just gone! Huh.

It’s late and I’m beat! I had a long, full day. I’m too tired to give a play by play. I went to a very difficult funeral today. It was for a 6 year old little boy. My old friend from school lost her son. About a week and a half ago, while they were in the States, he died in the night. The cause is undetermined. He did have strep and was just put on antibiotics that day. But you just don’t expect your sick little boy to die because of strep throat. You just don’t expect them to die, period!! The funeral was held in a huge venue and it was packed. Filled with plaid. His favourite shirt was plaid, so they invited everyone to wear plaid. It was a beautiful service, a tribute to a special little boy. It was just so so sad. There’s not much else to say. It was really just hard. The road ahead is not going to be easy for them. And I wish them all the best. I pray they dig deep and find strength to get through this. Although it is not something that you ever truly get over, I’m sure. It’ll probably always be there. How sad…

We’ll, that’s all I’m going to say for tonight. I’m drained! Night All! 💤😴

To help with research and treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia please go to http://www.tnnme.com (Trigeminal Neuralgia and Me) to sign a petition to have the World Health Organization (WHO) add Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) to their “Health topic list.””Hopefully one day I’ll get it right, or at least have fun, while about it I write!!
