Merry Christmas!!! It’s Christmas Day! The girls woke everyone up at about 7:30. We went downstairs and went through our stockings. Then we opened the gifts, 1 or 2 at a time. I received an instant pot and an air fryer!! Too cool!! I wanted both, but only expected to get one, because my hubby and I said that we weren’t buying that much for each other, because of our upcoming Jamaica trip. The kids all seemed happy about their gifts. Once we were finished at home, we got our things together and went to my parent’s house. My dad made breakfast for everyone, then we exchanged gifts with my parents. They gave my hubby and I money to put towards whatever we need. Once the gifts were opened, we played a game and tried out some of the new things. My sister and her family came around 4:30. We visited a bit and snacked a bit. Then we did the final round of presents. Afterwards we played another game. Then we had a wonderful supper, turkey with all of the trimmings. After supper we snacked on cookies, tarts, chocolates, etc. Then we tried a new game that my nieces received from my parents. It was fun! After the game ended, it was close to 10:00. We decided to get our things together and go home. When we got home we got ourselves ready for bed, into bed and on bed, writing this!! My dumb face was hurting for most of the day. I used some of my medicinal marijuana just before supper. It helped a bit. It’s super bad again right now though…how exhausting and frustrating!! I’m going to hit the hay!! Night All! 💤😴
