Ever since yesterday, when the doctor pointed out that I’m moving my mouth and my tongue around, it’s been driving me crazy!! I’m noticing it constantly!! When I’m writing, watching tv, doing something on my phone – practically anytime that I’m concentrating or focused on something or even when I’m staring off into space, I notice my tongue moving around or my mouth opening and closing. It’s so annoying! I’m glad that it happened while I was at the dr’s office and that she is decreasing the medication that she believes is causing it.
Today I spent most of the day with my sick hubby. We didn’t do much, since he’s sick, but it was nice to spend the day with him! We haven’t had much time together recently, so it was nice just being together, without the kiddos around. We tried to watch a movie on the android box, but it was skipping like crazy. It wouldn’t stop buffering, so we just ended up catching up on The Big Bang Theory. After school I played with my son, while my daughter (younger) was making muffins that she learned how to make in her Foods class at school. Then we cleaned up the kitchen and made homemade pizzas for supper. By the time we ate it was pretty late, so I put my son to bed. Then I got myself ready. I think I took my medication too early. I guess with these new pills there’s a window of time when they work the best. Otherwise they can make you sleepy, but unable to fall asleep!! Yikes!! Just what you want from a sleep medication – difficulty falling asleep! So, on that note, I’m going to bed before I miss that window. Night All! 💤😴
