At first it’s light,

Not much to show.

Then there’s some more,

It’s about to go!

That first small twinge,

Is there to warn.

Pain is coming,

It blows it’s horn!

I must prepare.

Get set to fight!

I’ll likely have, 

The pain all night.

Without that twinge,

I wouldn’t know,

Pain’s on it’s way,

Soon it will show.

And sure enough,

My face screams out!

The pain is here,

Without a doubt.
