Frequently she gives in

To her blind temptations 

Certainly it will reappear later

Like it always does

Yet, she generally behaves rashly

Without thought of the future

Or coming repercussions 

We believe that she most certainly 

understands and knows what’s coming 

However, she brashly continues

Without thought or concern

About who she may hurt

Or possibly offend

Solely focused on herself

She ignores the emotions

And reactions of others

Even those whom she claims

To be close to

Consequently, she has been left

On more than one occasion 

Selfishly she questions why

Lacking any empathy 

Truly not even attempting 

To see another’s viewpoint

She brazenly continues

To exhibit little to no concern 

Towards anything that does not

Relate to her

Even her family recoils

At her behaviour 

Sighing in resignation 

Clearly accustomed to her audaciousness 

If karma truly exists in this world

She had better watch her back

As she has left countless ruins behind her
