Tired like usual. I don’t know why I even bother mentioning that. It’s like saying a raspberry is red, “no really??” That should be the reaction about me being tired, “really Jenn? You’re always so bouncy and full of energy!” That would mean that person doesn’t know me at all. They would know that I do strange things happen to me. So, here’s my embarrassing story from last night…really embarrassing actually…so why am I writing this? Because, it’s not only embarrassing, it’s funny. So, I will endure the embarrassment to hopefully make someone laugh or smile!
So last night, after taking my nighttime medications, I was going to the bathroom. Most of my medications can cause drowsiness or are sedating. So, here goes, I fell asleep on the toilet. Like dead asleep! The medications don’t usually make me react like that, it’s likely the new one he started on. Anyway, we know it was a deep sleep because I fell, face first with all of my weight, “OUCH!!!” I feel like I’ve been beaten up. I have a lump on the top my head (which doesn’t really make sense, because I fell, hard, completely face first.) I have a couple scratches, with a bruise at the top of my hairline, a bruise and scratches on the bridge of my nose (from my glasses slamming into my face against my nose), and a bruise all around my right eye’s upper brow area and down the side of my face by my eye. Yep. I’m a big big mess. It’s crazy and scary that I fell asleep so hard. I’m talking to my pain doc tomorrow about it, so no need to panic or worry Mom (& anyone else who may worry about me!) ‼️
I can’t find yesterday’s post. You have no-idea just how frustrating that is. Here I am trying to pass my challenge of writing a post every day of 2o15 and then every now and then, “poof!” I go to check the stats the next day and it’s just gone. So so maddening!! So frustrating!!
To help with research and treatment for Trigeminal Neuralgia please go to http://www.tnnme.com (Trigeminal Neuralgia and Me) to sign a petition to have the World Health Organization (WHO) add Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) to their “Health topic list.”
Hopefully once day I’ll get it right, or at least have fun, while about it I write!!
