Fitbit

Today I refuse to go to bed late! Even if this is super short. I have got to switch my schedule, up too late, sleep late, doing nothing… I got a Fitbit today. It can sinc with my phone, for texts and music and a ton of info about yourself. Heart rate, throughout the day/night, sleep schedule, # of steps and much more. I just have to figure out how to use it! Also, it’s a bit big and clunky, definitely not all that feminine. But, I have heard good things about them and very helpful in showing you your patterns, so, hopefully, you can make positive changes. I really need, I mean I really really need to make some major lifestyle changes!! So I’m hoping that it helps me, even if only a little.
