Running wildly, not enough,

He skillfully creeps after me.

Breathing heavy, can’t contain it

Far louder than it should be!

Fear rolls through me,

Takes control of things,

Yanks my movements,

As if on strings. 

Tugged still.

Only escape, my mind,

While in his loving jail,

His touch, so kind…
