Dr Suess is in my soul

To rhyme like him is quite the goal

It’s one I’m sure I’ll never meet

But at least I’ll try to find that beat

He was the king of talking in rhyme

He must have done it all the time

The words he chose just always fit

I wonder if he even had to try a little bit

He left behind a legacy

So many books for us to see
