I slept in this morning. Well, my son woke me up at about 9:15, but I didn’t actually get up. It didn’t take me too long to fall back asleep. My son and oldest daughter came upstairs together a couple hours later and woke me up. We all stayed on the bed for a long time. Talking and playing a game on my phone. My hubby came home from the grocery store and we all got off the bed and went downstairs to help with putting the groceries away. We did a bit of cleaning and things. Then my middle daughter and I went to Sobeys and picked up a couple things that my hubby forgot earlier, like dog food. We came back home for a half hour or so, then we left again. I drove her to dance and then went and got my nails done. From there I popped into Winners briefly and then I went to my parent’s house. I had supper and a visit with them. My mom is looking pretty rough. She had to get a bit of skin cancer cut out of the side of her nose and she has bruising on the side of her face and on her eye and her poor nose is all bandaged up. The good thing is that they got it all out!! It doesn’t look pretty right now, but it will heal and she will be okay. It’s pretty shocking how many stitches they fit on the small surface area that they cover!! Around 8:30, I left my parent’s and went back to the studio to pick up my daughter. I arrived about 2 minutes late, but it seemed much later because they were finished early and I was the last parent to arrive! I felt bad, because her teacher and her girls were waiting and couldn’t leave until I got there. Sorry!! We’re usually on time!! We drove home and my daughter got a few things together and then I drove her to her friend’s house, it was a birthday party and my daughter was a bit late, but since it a sleepover she still really wanted to go. I came home and briefly sat with my other kiddos, but not for long, because I had to get my son ready for bed not long after. Once he was in bed, I also got ready for bed and then I got into bed and wrote about my day. My tummy feels like it’s eating itself (to use a phrase that my daughter always uses.) I’m tired of the tummy problems. Foreign bugs aren’t fun… Well, I’m going to bed now. Until tomorrow then. Night All! 💤😴
