Last night I must have moved in a weird way during the night, (I did wake up a million times throughout the night), and whatever I did wasn’t good, because I woke up with a back thrown out and in pain. Ouch! It was in pain all day long and for a great deal of the time my face thought that it would join in on the fun. Yuck! Stupid face!! So, I had s very slow-motion type of day. My hubby and I watched a bunch of YouTube videos, we were just surfing around for a long time. Then we made lunch together. I sat back down and half watched my son play a video game and half did stuff on my phone. Because my back hurt a lot, I didn’t really do that much. I sat on the couch with a heating pad for most of the day. My hubby did some cleaning, but I did next to nothing! I hate pain…it sure interferes with life!! It left me debilitated today. Very frustrating. I did make supper though. I did “deep fried” chicken drumsticks with my new Actifry (my air fryer). The problem that I read about and ran into myself, was that because of the rotating arm that keeps the food moving in a circular motion tends to scrape off the coating that you put on the chicken. So, end result…tasty, juicy chicken drumsticks but most of the seasoned coating was left in the bottom of the panā¹ļø. It came with mixed reviews…some liked it better than when I bake it in the oven, others like the oven chicken better. Next time I’ll try a different coating, that you can put on it for just the last couple of minutes, as I saw in a different recipe, and we’ll see how that goes. I was able to fit 10 drumsticks into the Actifry fairly easily, which gives us 2 each. After supper, I watched the movie Home Again, with Reese Witherspoon in it. I’ve been wanting to see it for some time now. It wasn’t as funny as I thought it was going to be. It was good though. It had a nice story and I really like Reese Witherspoon! That actually ended fairly late, so I quickly got my son ready for bed afterwards and then myself of course! Night All! š¤š“
